Chef's Cutting Boards by WazWoodz

Self-healing end-grain cutting board surfaces are much harder and provide greater tolerance for chopping motions than do flat grain surfaces. With the grain of the wood aligned vertically, the wood separates and then closes when struck by a knife blade. Old fashioned cutting boards were always made of end-grain wood, keeping knives sharper. WazWoodz creates these free-standing cutting boards in six sizes - grand, large, med-larg, medium, small, and mini. Since each board is individually fabricated, there can variances in the wood, pattern, etc. Not all boards are available at all times.
